Group Policies & Procedures


Confirmation: $100.00 due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation.​ $200.00 deposit for meal and show packages. All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable without at least a 30-days written cancellation notice prior to your arrival date.


Final Count:  Due 48 hours prior to showtime.


Arrival: Suggested arrival time is 60 min prior to show, 90 minutes prior to show with meal package.


​Final Payment:  Balance due in full 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date.  Payment may be paid by check or credit card. Payments received within 21 days will be charged for the entire number of seats made in the original reservation.  Seats may be added subject to availability. 


Cancellation:  All cancellations must be in writing, and received at least 30 days prior to the show date.


Comps: Complimentary ticket provided for one escort and driver per motorcoach with 15 or more paid admissions.
